The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze business processes, elicit and document business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable solutions. Experience with Microsoft 365 and its suite of tools is essential to ensure effective support for our digital transformation and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gap Analysis: Conduct comprehensive gap analysis by assessing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for optimization and solutions.
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit, define, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, facilitate discussions, and ensure clear communication of requirements.
- Business Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Eliciting Business Requirements: Use techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and observations to gather and clarify business requirements, ensuring they are aligned with the needs of the business.
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) to support business processes and enable better collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft 365 tools like Power BI to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements and system enhancements based on analysis and feedback, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery, providing business analysis support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of change initiatives and ensure the smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.
